As team lead, built an integrated framework (STIRPAT-EKC, Kaya-LMDI, CatBoost-SHAP, and Tiny Time Mixer) to attribute and project China's steel-industry carbon emissions from 2000–2023 five-country panel data. Capacity is the dominant driver (elasticity 1.411, significant at 1%); cumulative emissions rose by 1,074.21 Mt via capacity expansion (+1,342.72 Mt), offset by intensity gains (−268.51 Mt); the 0.97 TTM fit implies rebound risk after the 2028 peak.
